We are now looking for a Digital Project Executive to support the digital team with their project delivery, working alongside the client services team.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital project management within a creative agency environment, without needing prior professional experience.

It would suit a highly organised, proactive, and communicative individual who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Project Executive (DPE) supports the successful delivery of Carbon Creative’s digital projects by assisting with project coordination, communication, administration, and delivery support tasks across the agency. Working closely with the Senior Digital Project Manager and wider digital team, the DPE helps ensure projects are organised, communicated clearly, and delivered efficiently.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to begin a career in digital project management. No previous agency or project management experience is required, as full onboarding, mentoring, and structured training will be provided by the Senior Digital Project Manager, with oversight and support from the Operations Director.

As part of an employee-owned agency, the DPE contributes positively to collaboration, agency culture, and the shared success of Carbon Creative.

Key Relationships

  • Works with: Developers, Designers, Strategists, Account Managers, QA specialists
  • External: Clients, partners, suppliers (as required)

Key Responsibilities

  •  Project Coordination & Administration
    Support the planning and day-to-day coordination of digital projects through scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, updating timelines, and tracking actions.
  • Team Support & Communication
    Assist project managers and internal teams by helping coordinate tasks, gathering updates, and ensuring project information is organised and accessible.
  • Client Communication Support
    Support client communication through meeting notes, status updates, follow-ups, and administrative assistance to help maintain clarity throughout delivery.
  • Workflow & Process Support
    Learn and apply Carbon’s project management tools, systems, and delivery processes to support efficient project execution.
  • Quality Assurance Support
    Assist with QA processes, testing coordination, and delivery checklists to help ensure projects meet agreed standards and expectations.
  • Learning & Development
    Actively engage in mentoring, training, and professional development opportunities to build knowledge and capability in digital project delivery.
